America has suffered a devastating defeat in Afghanistan with the incompetence of the Biden administration, its badly planned hasty withdrawal and enormous weakness shown with enemy nations such as China, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, and Iran. China and Pakistan helped the Taliban to launch a successful offensive that took the entire nation in a few days.

It was also a failure of the Biden intelligence services. Biden and the Pentagon were saying a few days ago that the Afghan armed forces, which America spent billions in training and equipment, had 300,000 soldier and an air force that could fight successfully against the Taliban that had 75,000 soldiers.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., slammed Biden’s “complete mismanagement” of the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan. “The White House has no discernable plan other than pleading with the Taliban,” McCarthy said in a statement late Friday, August 13, 2021. “The bungled withdrawal, reminiscent of his failed withdrawal from Iraq, is an embarrassment to our nation,” he said.

On August 15, 2021, Cameron Cawthorne wrote an article titled “Biden hammered for spending time at Camp David while the Taliban take over Afghanistan.” Cawthorne explained that Republicans in Congress criticized Biden on August 15 for spending time at Camp David instead of the White House as the Taliban fought and captured Afghanistan.

“Why is Joe Biden on vacation?” asked Congressman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, on Fox News “Sunday Morning Futures.” “I don’t think he’s taken one question from the press this entire weekend, so this is a frightening situation.” “Why is Joe Biden hiding?” asked Senator Tom Cotton, R-Ark.

Cawthorne pointed out that Representative Jordan said he does not believe the United States has seen something this “crazy” in foreign policy since the Vietnam War. He was referring to the infamous end of the war at the Saigon embassy, where Americans were evacuated from a rooftop by helicopter in 1975.

“Let’s hope we can protect American lives. This would not happen if President Trump was in the White House. We know that we would not be treated the way we are from our adversaries,” Congressman Jordan said. “We would not have what took place up in Anchorage, Alaska, a few months ago where Secretary Blinken was treated the way he was by his Chinese counterpart. That just would not happen when you project strength and confidence from the White House. But unfortunately, we don’t have that today.”

Cawthorne said that Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., accused Biden of “dereliction of duty.” He also said that Congressman Jim Banks, R-Ind., and Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., denounced Joe Biden. The reporter wrote that two House of Representatives Democrats also blasted the Biden administration for how they handled the Afghanistan withdrawal.

Representative Dean Phillips of Minnesota said, “As a Gold Star son of the Vietnam War listening to the White House briefing on the Afghanistan War withdrawal, my heart particularly aches for the thousands of Gold Star families of an eerily similar and painful episode forty-six years later,” referring to Saigon. “There’s no way to hide it. The situation in Afghanistan is another shame on this administration.  Withdrawal was never going to be easy, but it didn’t need to come to this,”

Rep. Vicente Gonzalez of Texas said in a tweet, “The U.S. must do everything in its power to help our partners and allies to safety and protect our national security.”

Sadly, America has now shown the world that it is a superpower in complete retreat. The Biden administration has destroyed America in just eight months and placed our national security in great danger. It has cut the Pentagon’s budget and is teaching CRT to our military so that Black and white soldiers and officers can hate each other and learn the lie that America is an evil nation that has systematically abuses minorities.

America now should expect Islamic terrorist attacks everywhere.
