A bombshell report by Daily Wire indicates serious efforts to coverup a brutal assault in a Loudoun County, Virginia public high school bathroom. If true, it is almost a straight line between the abuse of affirming bathroom and locker room accommodations for gender-fluid students.

The embattled PTA and school board officials have faced deafening criticism so far this year. Among the complaints from parents are extreme COVID protection measures, implementation of what is effectively critical race theory, and accompanying over-the-cliff extreme LGBTQ “affirming” measures.

Loudoun county has effectively become the tornado alley of clashing cultural red-blue views of social mores in the nation that has spiraled out of control.

The Daily Wire reports…

On June 22, Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County, Virginia, school board meeting, a meeting that was ultimately deemed an “unlawful assembly” after many attendees vocally opposed a policy on transgender students.

What people did not know is that weeks prior on May 28, Smith says, a boy allegedly wearing a skirt entered a girls’ bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he sexually assaulted Smith’s ninth-grade daughter.

Juvenile records are sealed, but Smith’s attorney Elizabeth Lancaster told The Daily Wire that a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to an incident that day at that school.

Smith was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. His attorney, Elizabeth Lancaster, told the Daily Wire, “If someone would have sat and listened for 30 seconds to what Scott had to say, they would have been mortified and heartbroken,” Lancaster said.

At the June 22nd board meeting, Loudoun County Superintendent Scott Ziegler stated that “the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist,” and that to his knowledge, “We don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms.”

On Aug. 11, the school board voted to approve a controversial transgender policy, 8040, which requires teachers to call students by their preferred pronouns and requires bathroom renovations to make them more private.

The most shocking element has been a revelation by the Daily Wire report and affirmed by Scott Smith’s lawyer Elizabeth Lancaster, that the accused minor in question was supposedly transferred quietly to another local school. While there, he allegedly committed unwanted sexual acts on yet another female student after forcing her into an empty classroom. All of this while he was awaiting scheduled and rescheduled charging and trial dates.

Numerous parents have showed up to various Loudoun County education spaces to demand the resignation of Superintendent Ziegler for, what looks like retaliation against parents and the protection of a very disturbed student at elevated risk to others.

The question that I have is, “How many young girls will have to be raped by these predators before liberal school officials realize that giving access to girls restrooms and locker rooms to boys pretending to be girls is not a good idea?”
