#BareShelvesBiden recently trended on Twitter with hundreds of thousands of Americans exposing the bare shelves at their local grocery stores due to Biden’s supply chain crisis. As Biden forwards a legislative agenda that pays Americans to stay home from work, we are beginning to experience food shortages akin to that of the 1990s Soviet Union.
To get a better idea of how the supply chain issue is affecting grocery stores across the country, here are a series of tweets that expose the issue:

One of the best tweets exposing Biden’s bare shelves came from Cory Mills, a conservative congressional candidate from Florida:
Nothing to see here folks. No supply chain issues according to the Biden Admin. pic.twitter.com/xEXZNu4rp1
— Cory Mills 🍊 (@CoryMillsFL) January 5, 2022
In the tweet, Mills scolds the Biden administration for repeatedly stating that there “is no supply chain crisis.” He also aptly points out that Biden and cabinet members, such as Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, are on vacation while Americans suffer from empty shelves.

The severity of the supply chain crisis has even alerted some members of mainstream news organizations. Take a look at this tweet of bare shelves from Kayla Taushce, CNBC’s senior White House Correspondent:
Apocalypse now pic.twitter.com/j48ALuYtoQ
— Kayla Tausche (@kaylatausche) January 9, 2022
Taushce’s tweet states, “Apocalypse Now,” and she refused to participate in the #BareShelvesBiden trend. This seems to be the liberal spin on the issue. Instead of blaming Biden’s agenda for causing a supply chain shortage, they instead blame the pandemic and the new Omicron variant as inevitably causing damage to the economy.
However, we are not living in an apocalypse. The only apocalypse we are undergoing is one of socialist leadership that fundamentally changes our society’s structure and our principles of liberty.
While this spin from Taushce certainly isn’t true, it isn’t the worst media take on the supply chain issue. The worst media take on the supply chain crisis goes to CNN’s Brian Stelter, host of the ironically named show “Reliable Sources.” On November 13th, 2021, Stelter tweeted the following:
"The supply chain!" she exclaims, looking for milk for 2-year-old
"Look at this amazing, overflowing abundance," he responds pic.twitter.com/g4haMj0VT2
— Brian Stelter (@brianstelter) November 13, 2021
It’s not surprising that Stelter would make a statement that undercuts the legitimate concerns of average Americans attempting to feed their families. It’s likely that Stelter hasn’t personally been to a grocery store in years, let alone during the Biden administration.
Democrat elitists like Stelter sneer at the concerns of Americans when those concerns don’t fit into their leftist agenda. And this definitely doesn’t fit their agenda that there are no supply chain crisis.
