The bravest among us, who fight for our freedom at home and abroad, are being utterly disrespected by the Biden administration. In an effort to coerce military personnel into getting the experimental COVID-19 jab, the Army is cutting off pay and benefits to over 60,000 National Guard and Reserve soldiers who are not vaccinated against the China virus.  

Joe Biden and the radicals in his administration have a clear incentive to dissuade the unvaccinated from being members of the U.S. military. By expelling those who refuse inoculation to COVID-19, the U.S. military will be made up of only those who willingly bend the knee to Democratic and socialist dictates.  

Under the direction of the Biden administration, approximately 40,000 National Guardsmen and 22,000 Reservists are now effectively barred from service for refusing the experimental COVID jab. In addition to having pay and benefits cut, these servicemen are prohibited from participating in training.  

At the beginning of the pandemic, even Democratic operatives, like Dr. Fauci, acknowledged that our fears from the corona virus should subside once we reach herd immunity. Herd immunity is obtained when the majority of a population becomes resistant to a disease, whether that is by previous exposure or inoculation. With 9/10 servicemen already vaccinated, it is clear that U.S. military has reached herd immunity. 

However, that is not enough for the Biden administration because their goal is not to prevent the spread of the virus. It’s about control and punishing those who refuse to shut up and take the jab.  

An Army spokesperson had the following to say on their crackdown of the unvaccinated:  

“Soldiers who refuse the vaccination order without an approved or pending exemption request are subject to adverse administrative actions, including flags, bars to service, and official reprimands.” 

This may sound reasonable to Americans as military personnel have the opportunity to request exemptions. But these exemptions are rarely approved, even on religious grounds. Of the 53 Guardsmen that requested medical exemptions, only 6 of them were approved. Of the 3,000 exemption requests made on religious grounds; none were granted.  

Army Secretary Christine Wormuth gave this rationale for the liberty infringing vaccine mandate:  

“Unvaccinated soldiers present risk to the force and jeopardize readiness. We will begin involuntary separation proceedings for soldiers who refuse the vaccine order and are not pending a final decision on an exemption.” 

As stated before, unvaccinated soldiers do not jeopardize military readiness as herd immunity has already been reached. Also, it is likely that the high majority of those soldiers who are unvaccinated have already contracted the virus and have natural immunity.  

Contrary to Army Secretary Wormuth’s view, forcing experimental vaccinations onto all members of the military is the bigger risk to combat readiness. That’s because we have no long-term studies to confirm how this jab will impact the physical and mental abilities of soldiers.  

Members of the U.S. military are already willing to make the greatest sacrifice for their nation’s freedom. To dishonor these individuals by mandating a potentially harmful drug is irredeemable and shows the anti-American colors of the Biden administration.
