Right now, our nation is in crisis, and faith is being pushed to the side as we try to solve these issues on our own. It’s not going to happen!

If we aren’t turning to God for help, then we are turning away from Him. The issue over “kneeling” is a perfect example of putting our faith in someone or something else rather than God.

Over the past several days, I’ve seen people kneeling for several different reasons including:

→ Protesting injustice

 Joining together in protest

 Violating the law

Asking for forgiveness from other people

 Submitting to other people

Symbolizing defiance

But what I’ve seen very few times is kneeling in prayer to our Heavenly Father.

Kneeling is an act of worship that dates back to Biblical times when Christians fell to their knees and on their faces before God.

However, kneeling was also commonplace before rulers and false gods.

The second commandment says, “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything. . . . You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God” (Exodus 20:4–5).

Instead of arguing over whether or not you kneel during the anthem, degrading yourself by kneeling to another man/woman in submission, or going to jail because you are on your knees after curfew, why not drop to your knees and pray to one one true living God…Jesus!

No, I’m not preaching, and I’m definitely not perfect. This is just common sense for those that are born again believers. If you aren’t a Christian, then kneeling likely isn’t sacred to you.  That’s another discussion entirely.

Wake up Christians!

The enemy is knocking at your door trying to take away your religious freedoms and strip Conservative values from the fabric of America.

What are you going to do about it?
